This Privacy Policy explains how ArtMedia Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the AMS Training platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and password.
• Sign-in data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• Enrollment & payment data — courses you enroll in, payment method, amount, bank reference or crypto transaction details, and proof of payment you upload.
• Affiliate data — your referral code, referrals, and commission records if you join the affiliate program.
• Technical data — cookies, device and usage information (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to courses.
• To confirm payments and grant cohort/course access.
• To operate the affiliate program and calculate commissions.
• To provide support and send you service-related messages.
• To improve, secure and maintain the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, payment confirmation via CryptAPI for crypto, live-chat support);
• authorities where required by law; and
• a successor entity in the event of a business transfer.

Cohort delivery currently uses WhatsApp; your participation there is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Payment information

Bank-transfer details you provide are used only to confirm your payment. Crypto payments are processed on public blockchains and via CryptAPI; we store transaction identifiers to reconcile your enrollment. We do not store card numbers.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also update your profile details from your account.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The platform is not intended for children under 16 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
