Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for courses purchased on the AMS Training platform operated by ArtMedia Solutions.

1. No refund after a course starts

Once a course has started, the payment is non-refundable. A course is considered to have "started" as soon as any of the following occurs:

  • you have been granted access to the course's cohort or group (for example, you receive or use the WhatsApp group invite link); or
  • you have been given access to any course materials, sessions or resources; or
  • the cohort/live training you enrolled in has commenced.

This is because access to our cohorts and materials is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once granted.

2. Before a course starts

If you have paid but the course has not yet started and you have not yet received access, you may request a refund by contacting us. Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method where possible, less any non-recoverable transaction, gateway or network fees.

3. Payments we could not confirm

For bank transfers, access is only granted after we confirm your payment. If a payment cannot be confirmed within the stated window and no access has been granted, any funds actually received by us will be refunded on request.

4. Crypto payments

Crypto transactions are irreversible on the blockchain. Where a crypto payment has been confirmed and access granted, the "no refund after a course starts" rule applies. Amounts sent to an incorrect network or address, or below the required amount, may not be recoverable.

5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged more than once for the same enrollment, or charged in error, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous amount.

6. No guarantee of results

Our courses provide training and guidance. We do not guarantee income, approval on third-party platforms, or employment. Dissatisfaction with outcomes that depend on your effort or on external platforms is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your name, the course, and your payment reference. Eligible requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
