These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMS Training platform operated by ArtMedia Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

ArtMedia Solutions provides online training for job-ready and income-generating skills, including tasks on platforms such as Outlier AI, Handshake and others. Training is currently delivered through cohort groups (e.g. WhatsApp) and our online materials.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse.

3. Enrollment & access

When you enroll in a course and your payment is confirmed, you are granted access to that course's cohort and materials. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.

4. Payments

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time.
• We accept bank transfer (manually confirmed, usually within 24 hours) and, where enabled, automatic crypto payments.
• For bank transfers, access is granted only after we confirm receipt of funds. Submitting a payment does not guarantee access until confirmation.
• You are responsible for any transaction, network or gateway fees.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. In particular, no refund is available once a course has started (i.e. once you have been granted access to the cohort or course materials).

6. Affiliate program

If you participate in our affiliate/referral program, you agree to promote courses honestly and lawfully. Commissions and bonuses are earned only on payments that are confirmed and not later reversed. We may adjust commission rates and withhold or reverse commissions relating to fraudulent, self-referred, or reversed transactions.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not share course content publicly or with non-enrolled persons.
• We make no guarantee of specific income or employment outcomes; results depend on your effort and external platforms we do not control.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, branding and content are owned by ArtMedia Solutions or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

9. Third-party platforms

Our training references third-party platforms (e.g. Outlier AI, Handshake, YouTube). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms or their decisions, and their terms apply to your use of them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtMedia Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of income or opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
